This case features a craniosynsytosis reconstruction on a 9-month-old infant boy who was born with sagittal craniosynostosis. The patient has a classic deformity of scaphocephaly. This open procedure is a near total calvarial vault remodeling using a modified pi technique with multiple barrel staves and contouring. The goal of the operation will be to widen the skull and widen the biparietal width to flatten the occiput and then to decrease the anterior to posterior dimension.
