This case is a 3rd time revision. This patient is a female, who has had prior hernias before in her inguinal area and an emergency femoral hernia repair. That mesh eroded into her bowel and her bladder. Dr. Towfigh and her team took out the mesh from her bowel and bladder and decided to stage the patient's repair and do a hernia repair 2 months later. They are now going back in robotically and put in the mesh for the repair of her femoral inguinal hernias.
